I’ve led infrastructure innovation across Utah.

As President of the Utah Advanced Materials & Manufacturing Initiative, I worked with partners statewide to strengthen infrastructure and invest in long-term solutions that support clean water, sustainable growth, and economic development.

I understand how local government works—because I serve in it.

I’m honored to have been appointed by Mayor Monica Zoltanski to the Sandy Community Development Block Grant Committee, where I help direct funding to support vital community services. I’ll bring that same transparency and accountability to SSID.

I’m an economist and policy expert.

With a doctorate in management and a master’s in economics, I’ve spent decades helping public and private organizations manage complex systems—just like our sewer infrastructure. I’ll make smart, strategic decisions to keep our system efficient and our costs down..
